January had some amazing books released and February will be the exact same. I have a very good feeling that this year is going to be an amazing year for book releases. Some of the books I’m going to mention, I’ve already mentioned in my Most Anticipated Book Releases of 2017 .
1.) Wintersong by: S. Jae-Jones
This book will be published on February 7, 2017 by Thomas Dunne. I’m excited for this book because I’ve already heard great things and it’s a retelling. Liesel’s sister Kathe has been taken by the Goblin King and Liesel goes on an adventure in order to save her but when she gets there Goblin King wants a price. Liesel offers hand in marriage to the Goblin King who accepts.
2.) Till Death by: Jennifer L Armentrout
This book will be published on February 28, 2017 by William Morrow. I’m especially excited about this book because I love everything I’ve read from Jennifer L. Armentrout. It’s been 10 years since Sasha left her hometown in West Virginia, since she’s escaped from a serial killer that goes by Groom. When she’s threatened, FBI agent Cole Landis vows to protect her especially because he hasn’t forgiven himself for not being there when Sasha got taken.
3.) Mischief and Magnolias (Magnolia Branch #2) by: Kristi Cook
This book will be published on February 7, 2017 by Simon & Schuster. I had no idea that there was going to be a second book in this but now I’m kind of excited for it. Ryder and Jemma return back to Magnolia Branch for Christmas. Their secret relationship is revealed and their parents, who have been dying for them to be together, aren’t so excited when they find out their level of deception.
4.) Long May She Reign by: Rhiannon Thomas
This book will be published on February 21, 2017 by HarperTeen. Freya never knew she was going to be queen because she’s 23rd in line and because she would rather be in the laboratory. She becomes queen when the king and queen are massacred. Even though she survived, she still has to deal with everyone controlling her and making decisions for her. She knows in order to survive, she can’t trust anyone.
5.) Daughter of the Pirate King (Daughter of the Pirate King #1) by: Tricia Levenseller
This book will be published on February 28, 2017 by Feiwel & Friends. A 17 year old girl captain, Alosa, allows herself to be captured by an enemy ship to find a legendary treasure map. 6.) The Hate U Give by: Angie Thomas
This book will be published on February 28, 2017 by Balzer + Bray. I’m excited about this book because it has to do with the Black Lives Matter Movement. 16 year old Starr lives a double life, she was born and raised in the poor neighborhood but she goes to school in a posh high school in the suburbs. The balance shatters when Starr experiences the fatal shooting of her unarmed best friend, Khalil, by a police officer.
